Ladies Rule Now LROC First, congratulations to Shannon Mansch for winning last weeks Toyota/TRD 50 lap NASCAR Whelen Late Model Feature event. The ladies rocked last week at All American Speedway. Next week they get their own race with the first Ladies Race of Champions (LROC). Driving 10 identical Spectator Racing cars they will compete in 15 laps of Lady Power competition at All American Speedway. All American has enjoyed always had top rate competitors, but now the lady drivers are making a mark on weekly action. Mansch was followed last week by Laura Hayes in a one two punch over the Late Models, but Mackena Bell took fifth, Katie Hager was seventh, and Kristin Bumbera was eighth. Five of the top eight drivers in last week feature event. Good work. So, next week to showcase these talents the LROC is planned. Bell and Dana Kelly from the Bomber division were early commitments to the race. Now Mansch, Hayes, Hager, and Bumbera have signed up. Plenty of fun and excitement will be on tap with the LROC added to the already busy night of racing featuring Late Models, Modifieds, Street Stocks, and Bombers.
